For over a year, I have been carrying a project that helps women love themselves, reconnect with themselves, and regain confidence and self-esteem through art and movement. Today, to grow this project and fully bring it to life, I dream of having a space here in Brussels, a place where this mission can truly flourish. Support me in creating a cocoon that will change the lives of many women, a cocoon where every woman reclaims her crown, reconnects with her power, and experiences true sisterhood.

We see it in the news, on social media, in conversations with our friends, and even according to the latest mental health survey in Belgium, 30% of women aged 18 and over experience serious mental health issues. It is troubling how many women still doubt themselves, lack confidence, and fail to realize how powerful their uniqueness is. That is why I created Instant Muse Therapy.

This initiative offers:

• Women’s circles
• Personal development workshops
• An online community
• Women’s retreats
• Shows/performances
• Talks/events

The goal is to help every woman reconnect with herself, love herself, believe in her worth, and discover her unique potential.

Today, Instant Muse Therapy is still a growing project, driven by all my passion, love, and care. But for it to thrive and reach even more women, it needs your help.
Renting spaces by the hour is complicated, costly, and limits my ability to organize regular workshops to meet the demand. My dream is to create a cocoon here in Brussels, a warm and inspiring space, designed and decorated to make every woman feel at ease.

This space will allow us to welcome more women, more often, and offer them precious moments to reconnect with themselves. Your support can help this soulful and heartfelt project grow so that it can empower even more women to love and believe in themselves.

How will the funds be used?

With 8,000 euros, we can:

• Cover the rental deposit and the first months of rent for a space.
• Purchase essential materials: mirrors, sound system, mats, cushions, chairs, lighting, and other equipment for the workshops.
• Decorate the space to make it a warm and inspiring cocoon.
• Cover the basic expenses necessary for the launch (renovations, communication, accounting, …).

With 10,000 euros, I could:

• Launch a professional communication campaign to raise awareness about Instant Muse Therapy, reach a larger audience, and attract more participants.
• Invest in additional equipment: quality furniture, soothing lighting, and creative materials to diversify the activities.
• Organize workshops at a lower cost for women facing financial difficulties.

With 12,000 euros or more, I could:

• Develop online programs to reach even more women remotely.
• Organize special events, such as discovery days, masterclasses, or retreats.
• Launch a tour across Belgium and beyond to offer workshops and expand the project’s impact.
• Get help by hiring an assistant to support me in managing and developing this ambitious project.
• Set up self-confidence workshops for young teenage girls.

Every euro will help build this cocoon, grow this project, and support women and young girls in discovering themselves, loving themselves, and regaining their confidence.
