About Me 

Hi! I’m passionate about menopause because I’ve been through it myself, and I know how important it is to share our stories and support each other. I am an Industrial Biologist with expertise in microbiology and biochemistry, and I spent 15 years working in the food and pharmaceutical industries. For the past five years, I’ve been diving deep into menopause research, including studying nutrition. Originally from Ireland, I moved to the Netherlands in 2013. As an expat, I understand how tough it can be to go through menopause away from home. That’s why I’m dedicated to creating a space where women can connect, find support, and navigate this journey together. Our sessions will explore topics like weight management, self-image, and HRT, among others. We’ll kick things off with science-backed facts to spark meaningful discussions—always with a good dose of humour to keep things light and engaging!
